The Learning Lab for Littles presents Mindful Movement Stay & Play, a class that integrates high quality literature and kinesthetic learning.Children will strengthen gross motor skills, practice mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-control. They will also build confidence and make connections to the featured story, themselves, and each other. Support your little one to foster independence in a fun and engaging environment.
